This User Agreement governs all service access and usage behaviors between users and Solmee. By downloading, installing and using all functional services of the Solmee application, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and voluntarily accepted all terms of this agreement. Solmee is a lightweight AI creative application focused on template-based image and short video generation, dedicated to providing users with convenient, personalized artistic content creation services for personal use.
Solmee provides a wealth of built-in artistic image and video templates. Users can upload personal portrait photos from local device albums, match exclusive template styles with one click, and quickly generate customized styled portrait pictures and dynamic short videos. All completed creative works support real-time in-app preview, local album saving, system sharing and local record storage. The app simplifies the professional creation process, enabling ordinary users to complete high-quality AI content production without complicated manual operations, and all creative results are independently managed by users in the local records library.
Solmee is a paid creative application that adopts a scientific coin consumption mechanism for all AI generation behaviors. Each image and video generation task consumes a specified number of in-app coins. Users can obtain coins through official one-time in-app purchase packs or auto-renewable subscription plans. Successfully subscribing to any membership plan will reward users with exclusive bonus coins. It is clearly stipulated that membership privileges do not include free generation rights. All users, regardless of subscription status, need to consume coins normally for each AI creation, and no subscription package can waive or offset the standard generation coin consumption. Users can check real-time coin balance, purchase paid resources and restore valid historical purchase records on the personal profile page.
Users shall use Solmee's creative functions in a standardized, legal and appropriate manner, and all app usage behaviors are limited to personal non-commercial entertainment and creation. Users guarantee that all uploaded portrait materials are legal, authorized and compliant personal content. Users are strictly prohibited from using the app's AI generation function to upload, produce, save or disseminate pornographic, vulgar, violent, bloody, discriminatory, illegal and other inappropriate and harmful content. Any abusive, irregular or illegal use of the application is forbidden. Users shall bear full independent responsibility for all their upload behaviors, creative operations and generated content results.
Solmee supports completely anonymous usage for all users, with no mandatory account registration, login authentication and personal information binding. The app does not actively collect any user personal identity information in any usage scenario. All image analysis, template matching, artistic styling, visual rendering and video synthesis processes required for AI creation are independently completed by Solmee's self-developed internal AI system. The application does not access, invoke or rely on any third-party AI algorithms, external cloud servers and third-party technical service resources in any creation link. All data calculation and content processing are completed locally on the user's device. Solmee will never upload, transmit, synchronize or share users' original portraits, creative parameter data, temporary cache files and finished works with any external platforms and third-party institutions. We strictly implement a zero facial data protection mechanism, and our AI only performs overall image style optimization and scene adaptation, without any facial detection, facial recognition, feature analysis and biometric scanning behaviors. The app will never collect, record, store user facial feature data, build facial databases, or use user portrait content for advertising push, user tracking and AI model training. Under no circumstances will Solmee disclose, sell or lease users' private portrait information and creative data to any third parties.
All creative functions, template resources, paid coin services and membership subscription services of Solmee are only open to users aged 18 and above. Only users who have reached the legal age of majority in their region have the qualification to download, install and use this application and all its internal services. Minors under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from using the application and all paid and creative functions therein.
Solmee grants users a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial and revocable personal usage license to use the application on personal mobile devices. All intellectual property rights of the app, including self-developed AI core technology, exclusive template resources, interface design and functional logic, belong to Solmee exclusively. Users are not allowed to disassemble, reverse engineer, copy, spread, modify or commercially use the application and its internal resources without authorization. All creative processes rely on our independent self-developed AI system, and no user private data and creative content will be transmitted to third-party servers during use.
All original portrait photos uploaded by users and all AI-generated styled images and short videos are fully owned by the users. Solmee does not obtain any ownership, usage right or commercial authorization of user creative content. We will never use users' creative works for model training, product iteration, commercial promotion and data monetization, and all user creative data will not be shared with any third-party platforms and institutions. All creative works are stored locally on the user's device, and users have full independent control over the preview, playback, saving, sharing and deletion of creative content. The app's cache clearing function only cleans up invalid temporary files and will not affect users' formal saved creative records.
We reserve the right to optimize application functions, update template resources, fix system bugs and adjust service rules according to product iteration and service upgrade needs. The updated agreement terms and service rules will be published on the in-app document page and take effect immediately. Users' continued use of the app's services after the update will be regarded as acceptance of the revised terms. All updates will not change our core commitments of anonymous usage, independent self-developed AI operation and zero facial data collection.
Users' use of Solmee services is simultaneously protected by the official Solmee Privacy Policy. All user creative data and portrait materials are processed and stored locally without cloud synchronization and remote backup. We always adhere to strict privacy protection principles, never actively collect user private information and facial data, and never disclose user private content to any third-party organizations and individuals.
